We’ve tried to cover everything you need to know, but if you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via Airbnb or Facebook Messenger.

Nestled in the heart of Quezon City, our space at Unit 2828 of The Celandine Residences is designed as a peaceful escape, blending the clean lines of Japandi design with cozy, minimalist touches. 

As a guest at The Artisan Lounge, you’ll have access to select amenities within The Celandine, designed to enhance your stay with relaxation and stunning views.

Whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or a bit of both, we hope you’ll find comfort and inspiration within these walls.

Unit essentials

POOL ACCESS:
Available to guests from Monday to Wednesday ONLY (except on holidays) at Php 224 per head, with operating hours from 8 AM to 9 PM. If you want to use the pool, please inform us so we can give you the signed authorization form which you will need to present to the concierge prior to using the pool. Also, please remember to wear proper swimwear. There are grilling areas, tables, and benches available poolside on a first-come, first-serve basis.

SKY LOUNGE:
For a breathtaking 360-degree view of Metro Manila, just hit RD on the elevator to get to the Sky Lounge. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with food and drinks (alcoholic beverages excluded). Open until 11 PM.

PLAYGROUND:
A playground is available free of charge—a great spot for families to relax and enjoy!

GYM ACCESS:
Unfortunately, gym access is exclusive to unit owners and residents only.

PARKING:
You can coordinate with us for reserved parking during your stay at Php 300 per day, or you can avail of Celandine's pay parking, which is available on a first-come, first-serve basis: Php 56 for the first three hours, then Php 22.40 per additional hour. Overnight parking is Php 280 (10 PM – 6 AM).

  • CLEAN AS YOU GO: We’d love for you to feel right at home, and keeping the space tidy helps us do just that! If extra cleaning is needed, extra fees will be charged.

  • QUIET HOURS: To ensure everyone has a peaceful experience, we kindly ask for quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM.

  • NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY: Smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony isn’t permitted, as Celandine has strict rules against it. You’ll find designated smoking areas on the ground floor. Failure to comply will unfortunately mean a Php 1,000 penalty.

  • NO CLOTHES ON THE BALCONY RAILING: Please avoid hanging clothes on the balcony railing to maintain a clean and uniform look for the building.

  • USED TOWELS: Place all dirty towels in the white bin inside the restroom before checkout.
  • KEEP HALLWAYS CLEAR: Please don’t leave anything outside the door to keep the hallways clear and safe for everyone and to avoid getting a fine from the condominium management.

  • WASTE DISPOSAL: Dispose of trash in the designated bins for biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste. Let’s keep things tidy and eco-friendly!

    Yup! If you look under the bed, you'll find that we have an extra single floor mattress that you can use. You can also use the sofa as a bed. Just make sure you pull out the metal legs from the zipped compartments for a more stable sofa bed setup.

  • DO YOU HAVE DRINKING WATER?
    Yes, we have filtered water stored in the unit. If you would like to use the water filter in the kitchen, make sure you're using the left nozzle.

  • WHAT IF THE HEATER IS NOT WORKING?
    The heater is supposed to switch on once you open the shower tap, so if the power indicator doesn't light up as it should, please switch it on from the circuit breaker. You'll find the circuit breaker box concealed behind the framed art in the living area.

  • HOW DO WE PAY FOR OUR UNIT PURCHASES?
    We'll send you a payment request via Airbnb Resolutions Center once we've computed the total upon checkout. If you have booked us directly, however, we'll deduct the total from your security deposit.

  • CAN WE EXTEND OUR STAY?We'd love to accommodate you. If no other guests have booked on the day you wish to extend, we may arrange for an extension at Php 219.90 an hour. Otherwise, we will need to follow the standard checkout time as agreed upon.

  • HOW DO WE USE THE COFFEE MACHINE?
    To use the coffee machine, just pop in the coffee capsule of your choice and press one of the two buttons for your preferred brew. If the lights blink after pressing a button, the machine is still heating up. Wait for the blinking to stop, then press the button again. Feel free to add some creamer and sugar to taste!

  • DO YOU HAVE EXTRA BEDDINGS?

To make checkout smooth and help us keep the space ready for future guests, we kindly ask you to follow these steps before you leave:

  • GATHER USED TOWELS: Please place all used bath towels in the white bin we've place inside the restroom for easy collection.

  • DISPOSE OF TRASH: Kindly throw away any trash in the appropriate bins to keep the space fresh and clean. If you wish to dispose the trash yourself, that would be much appreciated! The Garbage Area is located at Basement 1 (B1) of the building, beside the Parcel Pickup area.

  • TURN OFF LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONING: Switch off all lights and air conditioning before you go to help conserve energy.

  • SECURE THE SPACE: Ensure that the door is securely locked.

  • RETURN THE KEY: Place the key back in the lockbox, making sure it’s securely closed before hanging it back outside the door.

  • OBSERVE CHECKOUT TIME: Standard checkout is at 12 PM. If you need an extension, it’s at Php 219.90 per hour—let us know in advance so we can check if we are able to accommodate your request.
